Notice of Temporary Suspension of One Harmony Member System Services
As part of the transition to the all-new One Harmony membership system, the sign-up and sign-in functions will be temporarily suspended during the following period:
May 1, 2026 – May 18, 2026
During this period, the technical team will be conducting system integration corrections, program updates,
and final validation to ensure the stability of the new system and strengthen the security of member data.
Services Unavailable During the Suspension Period
◼ New membership registration ◼ Sign-in to One Harmony member accounts ◼ Reservations for member accommodation plans requiring sign-in
◼ Online point exchanges
*Exchanges for hotel vouchers, miles-to-points conversion, and related services are scheduled to resume in late May.
The exact restart date will be announced separately on the One Harmony Official Website.
Certain member accommodation plans will remain available for booking without signing in directly through the official website.
Points accrual, stay records, and mileage accumulation will not be affected during this period.

This system adjustment does not involve any personal data leakage or unauthorized external access.
Even if you do not have your membership card at hand, please provide your membership number to receive your member benefits.
Full service is scheduled to resume on May 19, 2026.
