Sauna and bath Regulations
1.This facility may be used by guests during their stay, registered Helu Apartment residents and those with hotel permission. Hotel may control admission during busy periods. Please observe regulations and respect other users.
2.For safety, children under 3 years old or not toilet trained are prohibited from entering the pool. Children under 12 years old or shorter than 150 centimeters must be always accompanied and supervised by an adult.
3.The sauna and bath are a public naked bathing area. The use of electronic devices such as mobile phone and camera is strictly prohibited to protect personal privacy.
4.Lockers are available on-site; however, specific locations cannot be reserved. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
5.Please avoid occupying the resting room for extended periods to ensure availability for other guests.
6.Please do not enter the venue under the influence of alcohol. Those who are unwell, suffer from notifiable infectious diseases, heart disease, high blood pressure and other related diseases that are not suitable for exercise are prohibited from using the venue.
7.Please assess your own health condition.
8.Please take shower and remove makeup before entering. Do not use skin lotion or oils.
9.Please do not move any equipment and furniture without a permission from the hotel.
10.Running around or jumping into the bath, diving, etc. are not permitted as they disturb other guests and are extremely dangerous.
11.Except for water, the consumption of any food or beverages is not permitted within the sauna and bath.
12.Carrying in fragile items such as glasses or glass bottles is strictly prohibited, and pets are not allowed.
13.Notify the hotel immediately if you discover any act that may be hazardous or violation of the regulation.
14.If the guest intentionally or negligently pollutes the quality of the pool water, resulting in need of replacing the water, the guest may be charged.
15.The hotel has the right to stop behaviors that could be of safety concerns at any time. The hotel has the right to refuse the guest from using the sauna facility if the guest does not follow the instruction from the hotel.
