Semi-outdoor Swimming Pool
The semi-outdoor swimming pool at Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung is located on the 7th floor, spans 20 meters, and is complimentary for all in-house guests. Designed to welcome natural light while offering open views of the Kaohsiung cityscape, the pool provides a tranquil escape within the heart of the city. Stylish pool floats are available for rental poolside, inviting guests to swim, float, or unwind at their own pace.
Swimming Pool Guidelines
Eligibility
- The pool is available to in-house guests, Arranging New Asia Bay residents, and individuals authorized by the hotel during opening hours.
- Capacity management may be implemented during peak hours.
- Pool hours: 06:30–22:00. Last entry: 21:30
Attire
- Swim caps and fitted swimwear are required.
- Please shower thoroughly and remove makeup before entering the pool. Lotions, creams, and oils should not be applied to the skin prior to swimming, in order to maintain water quality.
Children
- The maximum pool depth is 1.25 meters. Children under 12 years of age or under 150 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please take note of the depth markers along the poolside.
- For the safety of all guests, children under 3 years of age are not permitted in the pool.
Please Note
- Pool surfaces may be wet and slippery. Please walk carefully. To ensure the safety of yourself and others, diving and underwater swimming are not permitted.
- Please do not enter the pool after consuming alcohol or medication. Guests who are feeling unwell, have a communicable disease, or have conditions such as heart disease or high blood pressure that are not suitable for physical activity are advised not to use this facility.
- Please do not bring fragile items or pets into the pool area. Food and beverages are permitted only in the rest area.
- Beach balls, paddles, fins, and other diving training equipment, as well as private lessons, are not available at this pool. We appreciate your understanding.
- Please take care of your personal belongings. Equipment and furniture should not be moved without permission.
- If you notice any safety concerns, please inform a staff member immediately. Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung reserves the right to stop any unsafe behavior and, if necessary, request that the individual leave the pool area.
- If the pool water needs replacement due to human error or negligence, compensation may be sought.
