2. Eco-Friendly Practices

• In accordance with Taiwan's environmental protection policy, single-use toiletries (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, and shower caps) are not proactively provided in guest rooms.
  Should you require any of these items, please contact Housekeeping. We encourage guests to bring their own personal care items in support of sustainable practices.
  
  

3. Children and Extra Bed Service

• Baby Amenities: Baby cots, baby bathtubs, and sterilizers are available complimentary, subject to availability. A reservation is required at the time of booking.
• Extra Bed: An extra bed service is available in selected room types at an additional charge of NT$1,000, subject to a 10% service charge and 5% tax. Breakfast is not included with extra bed arrangements and must be booked separately. A reservation is required.

4. Parking

• The hotel offers a dedicated guest parking facility on Basement Level 2, operated via a license plate recognition system. Please provide your vehicle registration number at check-in. Complimentary parking is provided for the duration of your stay (one vehicle per room).
• Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Should the parking facility be full, guests may utilize nearby affiliated parking facilities. Please refer to the hotel's transportation information for details.

5. Non-Smoking and Cleanliness Policy

• In compliance with Article 31 of Taiwan's Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas. Violations are subject to a fine of NT$2,000 to NT$10,000 imposed by the relevant authorities. Guests who refuse to comply after being warned will be reported to the competent authority.
• In the event of a non-smoking policy violation or any damage to room furnishings, carpets, or bedding, a deep cleaning and deodorizing fee of NT$2,000 to NT$10,000 will be charged. Compensation for damaged equipment will be assessed at the original replacement cost.

6. Pets and Guide Dogs

• Pets are not permitted on the premises. Only certified guide dogs and recognized service animals are welcome. Please inform us at the time of booking so that we may make appropriate arrangements.

7. Safety Regulations

• Gambling, drug use, disorderly conduct, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the guest's stay and contact the authorities in the event of any violation. Room charges will not be refunded in such cases.
• A personal in-room safe is provided for the storage of valuables. Guests are advised to store valuables in the in-room safe or deposit them at the Front Desk. The hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss of items left unattended.
