※Our hotel’s pool is located in a semi-outdoor area and is not a heated pool. Therefore, the water temperature may vary depending on the season and weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding.

Swimming Pool Regulations
- This facility may be used by guests during their stay, registered Helu Apartment residents and those with hotel permission. Hotel may control admission during busy periods. Please observe regulations and respect other users.
- Please wear appropriate swimming suits and swimming caps when entering the pool.
- Carrying in fragile items such as glasses or glass bottles is strictly prohibited.
- Beach balls, paddles, fins, and other accessories, except kickboards and floating devices attached to the body as swimming aids, are not permitted.
- Please take shower and remove makeup before entering the pool. Do not use skin lotion or oils.
- The deepest area of the pool is 125 centimeters. Please be aware of the swimming pool depth markings before entering. Children 12 years old and under or height under 150 centimeters must be always accompanied and supervised by an adult.
- Toddlers under 3 years old or do not undergo toilet training, and pets are not permitted to enter in the pool area. Eating and drinking outside the rest area are also not permitted.
- Please do not enter the venue under the influence of alcohol. Those who are unwell, suffer from notifiable infectious diseases, heart disease, high blood pressure and other related diseases that are not suitable for exercise are prohibited from using the venue.
- Running along the poolside, jumping into the pool, diving, etc. are not permitted as they disturb other guests and are extremely dangerous.
- Please do not move any equipment and furniture without a permission from the hotel.
- The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- The hotel has the right to stop behaviors that could be of safety concerns at any time. The hotel has the right to refuse the guest from using the fitness facility if the guest does not follow the instruction from the hotel.
- Personal training is not permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
- Notify the hotel immediately if you discover any act that may be hazardous or violation of the regulation.
- If the guest intentionally or negligently pollutes the quality of the pool water, resulting in need of replacing the water, the guest may be charged.
