SERENA continues the fishing village's culinary heritage by crafting dishes featuring Donggang  tuna. Highlights include the classic "Donggang Rice Soup," melt-in-your-mouth bluefin tuna cold appetizers, and visually striking grilled fish head. Complemented by a diverse buffet selection, we invite you to experience the rich flavors of Donggang's seafood.

Led by Executive Chef Hidetomo Setomoto, HISHOU presents the "Tuna Feast,"
featuring an array of tuna nigiri sushi, seared tuna jaw, sashimi, and teppanyaki flame-grilled set menus.
From sushi to teppanyaki, we showcase the pinnacle of Japanese culinary artistry and seasonal ingredients.

Fusing the essence of Cantonese cuisine with local seafood, Tao-Quan offers limited-time creative tuna dishes. Signature items include the richly flavored shrimp broth tuna rice soup and rare delicacies featuring tuna collagen and fish spine, meticulously crafted to highlight the multifaceted nature of tuna and the innovative aesthetics of Cantonese cuisine.
