我們非常榮幸分享,高雄日航酒店西點房領班江亭儀,在 2026 GÂTEAUX 台灣蛋糕技藝競賽中,以巧克力工藝作品「鶴舞花間 (Crane Dancing Among Blossoms)」脫穎而出,榮獲金獎肯定🏆
江領班對於巧克力工藝有著極致的執著,她將獲獎作品「鶴舞花間」的意境細膩呈現:以丹頂鶴立於竹節之間作為骨架,將尾羽環轉如舞的姿態融入巧克力雕塑中。作品下方襯以繁花盛開,並點綴扇與彩球象徵風與節氣的流動;在動與靜的對話之間,深刻演繹出自然循環與生命優雅共存的姿態。

We are honored to announce that Ting-I Chiang, Pastry Chef de Partie at Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung, has been awarded the Gold Medal in the Chocolate Art Craft category at the 2026 TAIWAN GÂTEAUX CAKE CONTEST.
Chef Chiang features a red-crowned crane gracefully positioned amidst bamboo stalks, with tail feathers swirling in an elegant dance. The sculpture is complemented by blooming flowers, fans, and decorative spheres that symbolize natural cycles and seasonal flow, capturing the harmonious balance between movement and stillness.
