我們很榮幸分享,高雄日航酒店日本料理飛翔餐廳經理劉羿均 Joyce,取得日本酒領域最高級別的 SSI 國際酒匠、SSI 國際日本酒講師雙認證,並榮獲第二屆全國日本酒盲品名人賽冠軍。
Joyce 自 2021 年踏入日本酒世界,五年間依序取得初階唎酒師、國際唎酒師、國際燒酎唎酒師,直至今年登頂國際酒匠認證。這段旅程並不輕鬆,但她從未退縮,將每一分所學融入日常服務之中,讓專業真實活在與賓客的每一次互動裡。

We are proud to share that Joyce Liu, Restaurant Manager of HISHOU Japanese Dining at Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung, has earned both the SSI Sake Shokunin and SSI International Sake Educator certifications, the highest level of professional recognition in the world of Sake, and has claimed the championship at the National Nihonshu Blind Tasting Challenge.
Over five years, Joyce progressed through multiple levels of sake certification, culminating in the SSI Sake Shokunin designation this year. Throughout this journey, she never stepped back, channeling every new skill directly into her service, bringing her expertise to life in every interaction with guests.
Joyce's growth is a testament to Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung's commitment to nurturing talent. We actively support colleagues in pursuing professional certifications and competitions, including providing language allowances for English and Japanese, competition subsidies, award bonuses, and examination registration fees, ensuring that every effort is recognized and rewarded.
